The Company Held a Lean Management Goal Achievement Award Ceremony.

To recognize departments and individuals who achieved notable results in the September lean management initiatives and to encourage continued efforts and further accomplishments, the company held an award ceremony on October 16 in the third-floor meeting room to celebrate the achievement of September's lean management goals. Attendees included General Manager Cheng Wei, Deputy General Manager Tian Yu, Lean Management Consultant Tian Chao, as well as heads of awarded departments and employee representatives.

General Manager Cheng Wei began by congratulating the recognized departments and individuals, expressing gratitude for their proactive contributions in putting forward reasonable suggestions and actively participating in cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement activities, which yielded significant results. He encouraged everyone to remain humble and diligent, always keeping in mind the company's philosophy of "meeting customer expectations with what we create, and fulfilling employee needs with what we achieve." He urged all to work with even greater enthusiasm and a more positive attitude, growing and developing alongside Xiangde Electromechanical, so that every member of the company can experience the progress of Xiangde Electromechanical.

Lean Management Consultant Tian Chao analyzed the completion of September's goals and recommended that everyone approach problems from broader perspectives and deeper levels to uncover more opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, thereby adding value to Xiangde Electromechanical and increasing benefits for individuals.

At the end of the ceremony, General Manager Cheng Wei, Deputy General Manager Tian Yu, and Lean Management Consultant Tian Chao presented awards to the recognized departments and took a group photo to commemorate the occasion.
