Recently, Xiangde Electromechanical successfully delivered 5 coal mine tunnel drilling rigs to Jinneng Holding. Taishan Long'an Coal Industry’s water exploration team organized a specialized training session on "new equipment, new processes, new technologies" centered around the newly introduced "Xiangde ZDY4500LPS Coal Mine Tunnel Drilling Rig." As the research and development and supply partner for this equipment, Xiangde Electromechanical provided technical support. Through a dual approach of "theory + hands-on practice," the training aimed to help coal industry employees quickly master the equipment's operational skills, ensuring the new machinery achieves its full potential and injects robust momentum into the safe production of the coal mine.

  • The drill rig features a compact structure and excellent flexibility, allowing it to adapt to various geological conditions.

  • The horizontal drilling height of the rig is adjustable, enabling multi-layer drilling, cross-belt drilling, and large-angle drilling operations.

  • The rig allows for inclination adjustment within a range of ±90° and azimuth adjustment from 0° to 360°.

  • It incorporates multiple safety protection measures, including overpressure protection, electrical protection, and hydraulic self-locking, to ensure construction safety.

  • The rig allows for the replacement of different models of chuck slips and holder slips to meet varying requirements for borehole diameter and depth.

  • For horizontal drilling, the rig's height ranges from 1,325 mm to 2,500 mm; for -90° drilling, the frame height is 2.7 m, while for +90° drilling, the frame height is 2.76 m.

  • The rig is optionally compatible with a remote controller, supporting remote operation for both movement and the entire drilling process.

  • The rig’s control handles feature a visual design, with function buttons clearly distinguished by colors for quick identification. It is also equipped with mechanical locking devices and multiple protective designs to effectively prevent operational errors, further ensuring operational safety and stable equipment performance.
