On the path toward excellence and efficiency, Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd. continues to strive forward with determination. To recognize the relentless efforts and outstanding contributions of employees while further strengthening the spirit of teamwork, the company held the Monthly 6S Summary and Recognition Meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Song Changsheng, a member of the 6S Committee, who summarized the 6S on-site management for July and announced the winning teams in the 7th-month 6S on-site management evaluation.

Company General Manager Cheng presented awards and flags to the top-performing team for the month—the West Plant CNC Team—as well as to the Advanced Improvement Collective—the Complete Machine Assembly Team.

Li Chengcai, CNC Team Leader of the West Factory: 6S management is not a battle fought by one person alone, but rather requires the collective effort of the entire team. During the implementation process, we supported and encouraged one another, overcoming challenges together one by one. This honor belongs to each one of us, as well as to our united and progressive collective.

Chen Keming, Head of the Complete Machine Assembly Team: Our journey began with uncertainty, but today we stand confident and assured. We have transformed from disarray to order, evolving from passive implementation to proactive maintenance. Constantly identifying issues and striving for continuous improvement, we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting every detail—from the placement of small items to the execution of every safety standard. It is this unwavering commitment to precision and excellence that has revitalized our work environment and significantly enhanced our operational efficiency.

General Manager Cheng extended warm congratulations to the winning teams and encouraged all employees to continue embodying the spirit of 6S management, internalizing it as a mindset and externalizing it through action. He also emphasized that 6S management is an ongoing process of improvement, requiring every employee to maintain a high sense of responsibility and mission, constantly striving for excellence and creating remarkable achievements!
