The Environmental Impact Assessment Report (Draft for Comments) for the Research, Development, and Upgrade Project of Intelligent Drilling Rigs for Coal Mines by Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd. has been completed. In accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, and other relevant regulations for construction project environmental impact assessments, this announcement is made to disclose the project’s details and its environmental impact assessment. Project Name: Research, Development, and Upgrade Project of Intelligent Drilling Rigs for Coal Mines

Nature of Construction: Technical Renovation

Location: Located at No. 88 Keji Middle Road, Shanggao Street, Shandong Taishan Economic Development Zone (Core Area), within the West Factory Area of Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd.

Project Summary: With a total investment of 12.35 million RMB, the project will be constructed within the existing factory area without changing the current machining capacity. Major additions include:

One shot blasting machine and supporting environmental protection facilities.

One automatic laser cutting machine and supporting environmental protection facilities.

Replacement of the original painting method to increase the spraying area for drilling rigs and add spraying for products such as drill rods, drill bits, and anchors. The painting room’s environmental protection facilities will be upgraded, and new exhaust gas treatment equipment featuring "Three-Stage Filtration + Zeolite Rotor Adsorption Concentration + Desorption + Catalytic Oxidation Combustion" will be installed.

Other public and auxiliary facilities will rely on existing infrastructure. The project has obtained the construction project filing certificate, with the project code: 2405-370902-07-02-520118.
