Environmental Impact Assessment Approval Pre-submission Public Announcement for the R&D and Upgrading Project of Intelligent Drilling Rigs for Coal Mines by Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd.

The draft of the *Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Research, Development, and Upgrading Project of Intelligent Coal Mine Drilling Rigs by Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd.* has been completed. In accordance with the *Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment*, and other relevant regulations, the environmental impact assessment information for this project is now publicly disclosed. This aims to widely gather public attitudes, environmental protection opinions, and suggestions from all sectors of society regarding the project's construction and to accept public supervision.

The project is located within the West Plant Area of Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 12.35 million yuan. It will be constructed within the existing plant area without expanding the current machining capacity. Key aspects include: adding one shot blasting machine and supporting environmental protection facilities; adding one automatic laser cutting machine and supporting environmental protection facilities; replacing the original painting method, increasing the painting area for drilling rigs, and adding painting for drill rods, drill bits, anchors, etc.; upgrading the painting booth's environmental protection facilities; and adding a "three-stage filtration + zeolite rotor adsorption concentration + desorption + catalytic oxidation combustion" waste gas treatment system. Other public and auxiliary facilities will utilize existing infrastructure.
