In order to facilitate the rapid integration of new employees and enhance departmental unity and collaboration, the R&D Center held a distinctive tea gathering on December 27th.

The tea gathering commenced with an opening speech by Mr. Tian.

At the tea gathering, new colleagues shared their feelings after joining the Xiangde family and expressed their expectations for Xiangde’s future.

Department heads expressed their gratitude to team members for their dedication and hard work, sharing recent departmental progress, achievements, experiences, and lessons learned. They outlined future work plans and key project arrangements while motivating everyone to continue striving in the new phase.

The game segment made the atmosphere of the tea party even more relaxed and enjoyable. In activities such as "Charades" and "Whisper Game," the participants demonstrated excellent communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork. Amid laughter and joy, everyone deepened their mutual understanding and friendship.

The tea party was not only an opportunity for new and existing employees to interact and bond but also a moment to elevate and solidify the team spirit.

We firmly believe that the R&D center will contribute to building the company's image as a high-end customized drilling equipment expert, while Xiangde Electromechanical will steadily advance toward its goal of becoming a globally renowned drilling rig service provider.
