Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd. Successfully Concludes "Lean Production Management" Special Training Camp!

The company successfully organized a special training camp titled "Lean Production Management: Practical Value Stream Analysis and Improvement" on May 27th and 28th, achieving complete success.

An energetic and highly anticipated special training camp commenced at Xiangde Electromechanical. The camp brought together elite representatives from various departments of the company to jointly study and explore the practical experiences and guiding methodologies of lean management.

The lean production model requires placing every employee of the enterprise on an equal footing. Employees are regarded as partners of the company, rather than replaceable parts. This approach encourages staff participation in decision-making, creates opportunities for employees to utilize their talents, respects their suggestions and opinions, emphasizes communication and exchange between different levels, and fosters mutual respect and trust between leadership and operational personnel. During the training, the instructor delivered comprehensive instruction by integrating extensive practical experience with typical case studies and on-site teaching methods. Participants actively engaged in classroom interactions, voluntarily shared their learning insights, and, through hands-on exercises, mapped out future state diagrams for their respective units. This further deepened their understanding of the role value stream tools play in production and management work.

Through two days of intensive and meticulous training, the participants acquired numerous practical tools and methods for production management. They identified issues, conducted detailed analyses point by point, and proposed corresponding solutions.
