A team of experts from the Ministry of Emergency Management and the former State Administration of Work Safety visited the company to provide guidance.

On July 13, a delegation of nine experts, including Li Weimin, former Inspector of the former State Administration of Work Safety, Li Weijia, former Division Chief of the former State Administration of Work Safety, and Yang Weixin, former Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Emergency Management, visited Xiangde Electromechanical for an inspection and guidance session. Tian Chongbo, Chairman of the company, and Cheng Wei, General Manager, warmly welcomed and expressed gratitude to the expert delegation on behalf of the company.

General Manager Cheng Wei introduced the company’s development history, recent progress in technological research and development, production operations, and market expansion to the experts. He also led the delegation on a tour of the complete machine assembly workshop, drilling tool workshop, warehouse, and other facilities. During the visit, he highlighted the company’s full-machine production capabilities, the technical features and competitive advantages of its new products, and emphasized that key components of the products are sourced from reputable brands or manufactured in-house. Under a standardized quality management system, these measures ensure efficient production operations and guarantee the quality of products delivered to customers.

After the visit, the expert team expressed full affirmation and high praise for the company's various efforts. They remarked that, under the leadership of Chairman Tian, Xiangde Electromechanical has accumulated over a decade of experience and now ranks among the top domestic private enterprises in the same industry in terms of scale, strength, technological R&D capabilities, and market competitiveness. Achieving its current level of comprehensive strength is truly commendable. Regarding sustainable development, the experts offered the following recommendations: advance toward intelligent development by enhancing the intelligence and automation levels of drilling rigs; strengthen corporate promotion and cultural development to elevate brand recognition; and further improve workshop on-site management to enhance standardization and visual appeal. These suggestions have charted a clear direction for the company's future work.

During the visit and inspection, the delegation was accompanied by Sun Ludong, Chairman of Shandong Jingcheng Electronic Technology; Fan Yong, Chairman of Youbaote Technology; Gao Yan, Chairman of Liaoning Fuzhong Taihua; Han Yansheng, President of Jingcheng Electronic Technology Intelligent Research Institute; Vice President Li Qing; and Technical Manager Liu Peng.
