Warm congratulations on the successful launch meeting of the Lean Cost Management Consulting Project at Xiangde Electromechanical Company!

On the morning of August 21, Shandong Xiangde Electromechanical Co., Ltd. successfully held the kick-off meeting for its Lean Cost Management Consulting Project. The meeting was jointly organized by Xiangde Electromechanical and Rui Mou (Tai'an) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The aim is to systematically improve and enhance Xiangde’s production, operations, and management across all aspects under the guidance of Rui Mou Company. This initiative seeks to reduce costs, increase efficiency, minimize waste, and improve on-site production management and work efficiency. The goal is to establish a stable, high-profit, and low-cost production and operation system for the enterprise, foster a fair, just, and positive work environment, and promote sustainable, stable, and healthy development of the company.

The meeting commenced with an introduction by Cheng Wei, General Manager of Xiangde Electromechanical, outlining the purpose of the kick-off event and introducing the attendees. On behalf of the company, he extended a warm welcome to the leadership and project team from Rui Mou Company present at the meeting.

Tian Chao, a consultant from Rui Mou Company, introduced the members of the project team and their primary responsibilities, and shared the project plan. During the project implementation, on-site guidance will be provided to help production managers and heads of relevant departments re-evaluate their roles, clarify their duties, and enhance their sense of responsibility at work. Through participation in workshops and practical exercises, the concept of lean management will be reinforced, work approaches will be streamlined, and cost management capabilities will be improved. Action plans and improvement summaries will be used to assess the learning outcomes of management personnel, fostering a sense of achievement in their roles while encouraging them to aim for higher goals, thereby achieving further improvement and breakthroughs.
