The ZSZM15 Mining Mud Pulse MWD Device employs a newly designed control sub, suitable for mud flow rates exceeding 100 L/min. During data transmission, it alters the flow channel area to induce changes in the outlet pump pressure of the mud pump, thereby achieving signal transmission. The transmission quality is minimally affected by borehole depth and offers long-distance transmission capability. The probe utilizes a high-precision triaxial accelerometer and a new magnetic sensor, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement. By adopting a wireless transmission method and leveraging the hydraulic channel for borehole trajectory information transfer, it eliminates the need for wired drill pipes, enabling directional drilling with conventional drill pipes.
