Product Introduction

This series of drilling rigs features exceptional angle-adjustment capabilities, enabling multi-directional drilling within a 360° horizontal plane. It can flexibly adjust drilling directions and achieve position self-locking under various complex construction environments and engineering requirements, meeting drilling needs at various angles and locations. No dedicated directional drilling site is required, reducing the space occupied in the roadway. Equipped with heavy-duty tracks, it offers excellent maneuverability and is suitable for medium-to-long-range, high-precision directional drilling in medium-hard coal seams or rock formations (Protodyakonov’s coefficient f ≤ 10. Typical applications include rapid local gas drainage (through both cross-seam and in-seam holes) and water exploration and drainage. This series of drilling rigs employs a hydraulic operating system with independent control of the clamp and chuck, as well as integrated control of the brake and rotation. The system includes safety measures such as pressure-limiting protection for the screw motor during drilling and pressure-limiting protection for drill pipe threads during makeup. It also features precise dual-speed control for slow micro-feed and rapid rod retraction, ensuring efficient and safe directional drilling.
